A Comfortable Stay with Unique Kyoto Charm

Our triple room offered a cozy retreat after exploring the city. The local restaurants nearby served delicious meals that highlighted Kyoto's flavors. Tip, plan ahead as it took time to dry our clothes without a dryer. A pleasant experience.

We had a fairly nice stay in Kyoto. The room was great-sized with carpet, the staff were helpful! Everything was simply good.

The room was well-designed with modern amenities, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially the spacious terrace that offered lovely views.

location: the hotel was just next door to kyoto station, construction zone, and close to bus stops. shimogyo ward district was worth exploring. overall it was pet-friendly and good sized with carpet.

Pet-friendly room with a lot of space. Marvellous setting, so close to Downtown, bus stops, Kyoto station, convenience stores, and the main kyoto station. Also, directly across from construction zone.

The check-in process required a trek to an off-site location for keys, which can be a hassle-especially if you're lugging bags. Cleaning was subpar, as I noted the lack of proper room service , with dirty sheets left unattended in the corridor and insufficient towels available.

The units are themed with carpet.

Consider using the laundry facilities after sightseeing. They are especially handy for freshening up clothes during longer stays.

From skeptic to superfan

The staff were friendly and helpful, elevating our experience! The terrace room's size and balcony were fantastic for enjoying the serene Kyoto mornings.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, frustrating! Coupled with a minor issue locating our luggage, it could have dampened the experience.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, it was like a fresh start every time we returned from exploring. The kitchenette was perfect for quick meals, and the laundry machine that I could unload clothes in easy was a lifesaver with kids.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it's still manageable.
